Seasoned leadership. Straightforward partnership.

I’m Stephanie Quintal, a marketing executive with 20 years of experience helping brands, businesses, and teams navigate growth, change, and complexity.

I work alongside founders, CEOs, CMOs, and marketing leaders who need experienced perspective, added capacity, or someone they can trust to step in and lead. My approach is thoughtful, direct, and highly collaborative. I’ll ask the hard questions, get into the details when needed, and help turn ambiguity into a clear path forward.

My background spans marketing strategy, paid media, omnichannel planning, organizational design, marketing operations, and executive client leadership—with particularly deep experience in health, wellness, consumer, and mission-driven businesses.

Throughout my career, I’ve led approximately $400 million in annual media investment, owned a $25 million ARR P&L, and built and managed an 80-person global team. I’ve also had the opportunity to partner with brands including DoorDash, Google, Liquid I.V., OLLY, AppFolio, Hims & Hers, Glossier, and HP.

I bring the perspective of someone who has operated at every level—from Coordinator to VP—and understands what it takes to move both an organization and its people forward. Whether I’m serving as a strategic advisor, fractional marketing leader, or interim executive, I bring clear judgment, calm leadership, and a practical bias toward action.

Leadership tailored to the moment

Every organization needs something different. Sometimes you need a strategic sounding board. Sometimes you need an experienced leader who can step in, get into the details, and help move the work forward.

Our work starts with what’s actually happening in your business—where you’re stuck, what needs attention, and what success looks like. From there, we’ll define the right level of support, from focused strategic counsel to hands-on fractional or interim marketing leadership.

Some ways I can help

  • Fractional and interim marketing leadership

  • Marketing strategy, performance reviews, and prioritization

  • Team leadership, coaching, and mentorship

  • Media strategy, plan development, and performance review

  • Agency reviews and partner evaluation

  • RFP strategy, development, and selection support

  • Executive presentation and deck strategy

  • Storytelling, content development, and hands-on deck building

If your challenge doesn’t fit neatly into one of these categories, that’s okay. Most meaningful business challenges don’t. We’ll focus on what’s actually in front of you and determine the most useful way for me to help.

Let’s talk about what’s in front of you

Tell me a little about your business, what you’re navigating, and where you could use support. I’ll follow up to discuss what you need and whether I’m the right person to help.
